The FMME + FMTX Push-Pull Solenoid is a high-performance ATEX and IECEx certified solution for safe operation in hazardous gas Zone 1 and dust Zone 21 environments. Designed with a nearly horizontal force-vs-stroke characteristic, it ensures consistent actuation over its full range. Available in three coil diameters – 37 mm, 45 mm, and 63 mm – the unit can operate as a push or pull type depending on the mounting arrangement.
Featuring robust electrical connection via a metal terminal box and fastening via a central thread, this solenoid combines reliability with ease of installation. The solenoid body is rated to IP65, while the tube offers IP20 protection. Certified to Ex II 2G Ex eb mb IIC T6/T4 Gb and Ex II 2D Ex tb IIIC T80°C/T130°C Db, it is ideal for chemical plants, refineries, and fuel handling facilities.
