Description
The FHMG + FHTP Series of proportional hydraulic solenoids (replacement for Type GRCY) provide precise, responsive actuation for hydraulic and special valves in demanding industrial applications. Available in 37, 45 and 63 mm sizes, the range offers a largely proportional relationship between magnetic force and current, with a horizontal force-versus-stroke characteristic across the proportional control range. Precision armature guidance helps minimise hysteresis, while fast response times support accurate valve control. The pressure-tight armature space is suitable for nominal dynamic operating pressures up to 250 bar, depending on size, with standard 24 V DC operation and a 100% duty cycle. Central-thread mounting enables straightforward installation, and the solenoid body can be replaced without opening the hydraulic circuit. A manual override is included for flexibility. Connector options include DIN, AMP Junior Timer and Deutsch types, with protection ratings from IP65 to IPX9K depending on the connector used and correct assembly. Transducer-equipped and customer-specific variants are also available.
