Description
The AWEF Inductive Transducer is a high-precision displacement sensor designed for reliable measurement in both dry and pressure-tight applications. Built with a rugged metal housing and square flange mounting, it operates on the principle of a linear variable differential transformer (LVDT), with integrated electronics providing a defined output signal. Offering a ±4mm measuring path, the AWEF is available in two versions with limiting frequencies of 20Hz or 500Hz, enabling optimisation for stability or speed. Its pressure-tight tube is rated for static pressures up to 350 bar, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments. Electrical connection is via an M12 Binder plug, with protection to IP65 when correctly installed. Features include high resolution, excellent linearity, minimal temperature drift, and an external zero adjustment for easy calibration. ATEX-certified versions are available on request, making the AWEF an ideal choice for integration with proportional solenoids in precision travel control systems.
