The GSCE 037 AGD A03 ATEX Shotbolt is a high-reliability DC solenoid designed for secure locking applications in hazardous environments. Certified to ATEX and IECEx standards (II 2G Ex mb IIC T4 Gb and II 2D Ex mb IIIC T130°C Db), it ensures safe operation in both gas and dust explosive atmospheres. Built with a robust solenoid coil and tube, it offers IP67 coil protection and IP54 tube protection when correctly assembled. Available with coils rated for either 24Vdc or 12Vdc, the unit supports continuous duty (100% ED) with a maximum frequency of five operations per second. The integrated transient overvoltage diode and equipotential bonding terminal enhance safety and reliability, while its durable materials, including stainless steel, brass, and epoxy resins, ensure longevity. Ideal for industrial shotbolt locking, it meets stringent engineering and environmental requirements for explosive zones.
