The GRFY 025 Proportional Solenoid is engineered for precise pneumatic and hydraulic control in a small form factor, delivering reliable, smooth actuation in demanding environments. It features a pressure-tight armature space rated up to 350 bar and is also suitable for dry operation. Its force-to-current relationship is largely proportional, with a horizontal to slightly decreasing magnetic force vs. stroke profile, ensuring stable and accurate performance. A precision special bearing minimises hysteresis to around 4.5%, enhancing repeatability, while short operating times make it ideal for dynamic applications. The push-type design uses Class F coil insulation and offers electrical connection via plug base as standard, with protection ratings up to IP65 when mounted with the appropriate plug connector. Easy four-screw mounting, O-ring sealing, and compatibility with neutral fluids ensure dependable integration.
