Description

The GDR Proportional Rotary Solenoid delivers precise, proportional torque control for industrial applications requiring accurate angular movement. It provides a near-constant torque within its working range, and maintains a proportional relationship between torque and current. Its pre-magnetised system ensures rapid response, while clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation is achieved by simply reversing supply polarity. The armature is mounted on ball bearings for smooth, durable operation, with the options of a rotation angle position sensor for closed-loop control systems, or spring return for automatic return to its starting position. Suitable for controlling rotary slides, flap valves, and industrial control units, the GDR offers a rotation angle of up to 110°, with the position sensor delivering high accuracy via a Hall-effect system. Robust aluminium housing and IP20 protection ensure reliability in demanding environments, while flexible mounting options make integration straightforward.
