The XBR pneumatic solenoid is a compact and reliable valve solenoid designed for precise actuation of 2/2 and 3/2 seat valves in pneumatic systems as well as neutral fluid and gas applications. Its robust design includes a pressure-tight armature tube capable of withstanding static pressures of up to 50 bar, ensuring dependable operation in demanding environments. A spring-supported armature with sealing nipples at both ends delivers consistent switching performance and long service life. The solenoid is designed for continuous operation at 100% duty cycle, supported by high-quality insulation materials and efficient power consumption. Installation and maintenance are simplified thanks to central threaded mounting and O-ring sealing between the solenoid and valve, allowing the solenoid body to be replaced without opening the pneumatic circuit.
