The XBP 030 pneumatic solenoid is a compact, high-performance DC or AC valve actuator designed for reliable operation in demanding pneumatic applications. It features a pressure-tight armature chamber rated up to 50 bar and spring-supported sealing nipples at both ends, ensuring dependable switching of 2/2 and 3/2 way seat valves with compressed air and other neutral gases or fluids. The excitation winding uses thermal class F insulation for long service life, while the central threaded mounting allows fast installation and straightforward replacement of the solenoid body without opening the pneumatic circuit. Available for DC or AC operation, the XBP 030 delivers strong magnetic force in a compact 0.2 kg package, with optional plug connector and IP54 protection for industrial environments.
