The GDA Rotary Solenoid is designed for pure rotary motion with angles up to 95°, delivering an increasing torque characteristic ideal for demanding, high-endurance applications. With no axial shaft movement, the output shaft is supported in enclosed ball races to maximise service life and precision. Available with or without adjustable spring return, it can be configured for left- or right-hand operation, while multiple sizes and torque ratings offer flexibility for diverse uses. The solenoid is built to VDE 0580 standards and uses Class B coil insulation, with IP20 protection for safe, reliable operation. Free leads are supplied as standard, with options for alternative electrical connections, rotation angles, and special designs. Typical applications include shutters, packaging and textile machinery, optical systems, and reject mechanisms.
