As a supplier, it’s quite unusual to receive a Christmas gift from a customer. Isn’t that the wrong way round, according to some kind of social business protocol?

It’s even more unusual to not only receive a gift but to also be recognised for finding ways to continue to do our job. Yes, it’s been a challenging year, but we’ve done our very best to keep things as normal as possible.

So it is indeed rewarding to receive a smart box of chocolates and a kind note of thanks from the team at a customer in the life science research sector. We know they are working on coronavirus projects. Our sincere and grateful thanks to them for sending these. We are delighted to be appreciated for delivering our products on tight timescales, especially for vital work within the national effort to defeat Covid-19. The pleasure really is ours.
