Description
The FMME + FHTP Series proportional hydraulic solenoids are designed for precise valve actuation in hazardous industrial environments requiring ATEX and IECEx certification. Suitable for gas Zone 1 / EPL Gb and dust Zone 21 / EPL Db applications, the range is ideal for chemical plants, refineries and refuelling facilities. Available in 35, 45 and 60 mm sizes, these push-type solenoids provide largely proportional force-to-current behaviour, low hysteresis and fast response times. The pressure-tight armature space supports nominal dynamic operating pressures up to 250 bar, depending on size, while standard 24 V DC operation and 100% duty cycle suit continuous service. Central-thread mounting simplifies installation, and the solenoid body can be replaced without opening the hydraulic circuit. A manual override and integrated TVS diode add operational flexibility and protection. Standard protection is IP65 when correctly installed, with IP67 available on request, alongside alternative ambient temperature options for specialised hydraulic applications.
