Description

The GPCP 040 Proportional Flow Control Valve is a precision-engineered, direct-acting 2/2 normally closed valve designed for accurate control of gaseous hydrogen, nitrogen, air, or H2/N2 mixtures. Compact and robust, it offers a wide proportionality between solenoid current and flow rate, delivering high control quality with low leakage performance. Built for demanding environments, it operates reliably across temperatures from -40°C to +125°C and is tested for over 3 million switching cycles and 25 million control actions. Rated for working pressures up to 16 bar and maximum pressures of 25 bar, it features nominal widths of 2.8 mm or 3.3 mm with flow coefficients of 0.23 m³/h and 0.32 m³/h respectively. Protection to IP6K9K ensures resistance to dust and high-pressure water ingress, making it suitable for mobile, industrial, and hydrogen fuel cell applications. Options include ATEX-certified versions, various electrical connections, and custom mechanical interfaces for integration into advanced gas control systems.
